Crawlin Cake

I've made this many times. It's a wonderful moist cake. You decide which cake mix and which canned frosting suits your fancy.
1 CAKE MIX
3 EGGS
1/2 CUP OIL
1 CUP MILK
1 CAN FROSTING
Blend mix,eggs oil and milk Add 3/4 of the tub of frosting and blend well.Pour in to a 12 cup bundt or tube pan that has been well greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool 10-15 minutes then remove from pan. When cake is cool microwave the remaining frosting for a few seconds. Drizzle on top of the cake.
NOTE:Make sure you use a 12 cup pan. Don't use the mixer. Stir this one by hand. Make sure the pan is well greased and floured. Don't open the oven while this cake is baking. Make sure you put a cookie sheet under the baking pan. This cake has been known to crawl out of the pan.
Our favorite is red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Lemon cake with lemon frosting runs a close second. Also good is German chocolate cake with the pecan/coconut frosting. Use your imagination.
